Add, edit, or delete an event
Do one of the following:
- On the top link bar, click Lists.
- On the Lists page, click Events.
- At the top of the list,
click New Item.
- In the Title box, type a heading for
the event. This field is required.
- In the Event Date box, click the calendar
and select a date, and then select a time in the
hour and minutes boxes. This field is required.
- If the event lasts longer than a day, select
a date for the End Date box.
- Type text in the Description and Location
boxes as desired.
- If you want to save the event in the list, click Save
and Close.
If you want to cancel creating the event, click Go
back to list.
- On the top link bar, click Lists.
- On the Lists page, click Events.
- Click the event you want to edit or delete.
- Do one of the following:
- To modify the event
information,
click Edit Item. Modify the information, and click Save and Close.
- To
delete the event, click Delete Item.
