Add, edit, or delete a contact
Do one of the following:
- On the top link bar, click Lists.
- On the Lists page, click Contacts.
- At the top of the list,
click New
Item.
- In the Last Name and First Name boxes, type the name of the contact. The field for last name is required.
- Enter
information in the remaining
boxes as desired.
- If you want to save the contact in the list, click Save
and Close.
If you want to cancel creating the contact, click Go
back to list.
- On the top link bar, click Lists.
- On the Lists page, click Contacts.
- Click the contact you want to edit or delete.
- Do one of the following:
- To modify the contact
information,
click Edit Item. Modify the information, and click Save and Close.
- To delete the
contact, click Delete Item.
